1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
**Information You Provide**
We collect personal information that you voluntarily supply—such as your name, telephone
number, email address, and communication preferences—when you request information
about our ministry, sign up for events, or otherwise interact with the Services.
All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date. Please notify us of
any changes.
**Sensitive Information**
We do **not** knowingly process sensitive personal data.
**Google APIs**
Any data obtained via Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Google API Services
User Data Policy (including the Limited Use requirements).

We process personal information to:
• Deliver and manage the Services you request;

• Communicate with you, including sending administrative or promotional messages (you
can opt out of marketing at any time);

Google Analytics: We may use Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting. You

5. SOCIAL LOGINS
If you choose to log in via a social‑media provider, we may receive certain profile
information from that provider. The data we receive depends on your settings and the
provider’s privacy policy.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described
here or as required by law. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or
anonymise it. Backup archives are isolated until deletion is feasible.
7. DATA SECURITY
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect
personal information. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely
secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Services at your own
risk.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal
data from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete
it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe we have collected a child’s data should
contact us.

At present, no uniform standard exists for recognising DNT signals, and we do not respond
to them.

Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas,

We have not sold or shared personal information in the past twelve months and do not
intend to do so.

14. REVIEWING, UPDATING, OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION
To review, correct, or delete personal information we hold, please submit a Data Subject
Access Request or email info@cebrooklyn.org.

The Church may use personal data for the following purposes:
